Return/Exchange Policy: Exchange for Size or Store Credit
We stand behind every item we produce and want you to have the best experience with Blue Water Dance Wear as possible so please contact us with questions, comments, complaints, compliments… anything!
That said, we do have some things that we need to let you know:
Washing Instructions:
All dancewear should be hand washed in cold water, if white/black colorway, wash each piece SEPARATELY with very mild soap. Lie flat or hang to dry IMMEDIATELY: DO NOT LET SOAK IN WATER. As our fabric is 4 way stretch, it can be dried on low for colorfast and will not shrink.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
Items purchased from Blue Water Dance Wear are eligible for a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE if returned within 14 days of delivery date. You will have up to 30 days from the delivery date to return for STORE CREDIT. Store credits will be issued for the amount paid at the time of purchase. Return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Items are ineligible for return if they have been altered in any way.
Undergarments must be worn when trying on Blue Water Dance Wear. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Blue Water Dance Wear's discretion to determine if the returned product has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or store credit. We cannot send back the order and will have to damage out any soiled items.
Blue Water Dance Wear reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

EXCHANGE - NEW SIZE
Love the item, just not the right size? Exchange for the exact same item in a new size. As soon as we receive your item(s) in house, your exchange item will be processed and on its way to you! -
EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT
Want some more Blue Water, just not right now? No problem! As soon as we receive your items, you will be issued a store credit in the form of a store credit e-gift code. Code will be emailed to the email address provided on original order.
Exchanges are limited to one per original order number. Please note that discounts and promotions do not apply to exchanges for merchandise order as we honor the price of the original purchase price and don't extend sale prices to future orders of other merchandise.
Please use the following steps for exchanges:
- Package all unworn, undamaged items in original packaging pre-paid (no C.O.D.’s will be accepted). Please use tracking and insure your package. Blue Water Dance Wear is not responsible for packages in transit to us.
- Include your invoice if you have it.
- Fill out the form below, with all items being returned, and all items wanted in exchange, or store credit and hit submit. No need to print this page.
- Send back items within 3 days of form submission.
Damages or Mistakes:
Refunds will only include original shipping charges and shipping charges back to us if items have manufacturer’s damage, or you received the wrong item. For refunds due to defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly, simply email us (info@bluewaterdancewear.com) and we will make arrangements for return shipping at no cost to you. Refunds will be credited back in the manner in which it was purchased within 1 business days of receipt of your return. Blue Water Dance Wear is not responsible for any overdraft fees, late fees, or service charges resulting from timing of charges or credits to your account.
EXCHANGES for size or store credit on orders within 14 days of delivery. ONE EXCHANGE PER ORDER. Any items exchanged for size or purchased with store credit are final sale and not exchangeable or returnable for another size or store credit.
