Q. How fast is your turnaround from order date?
A. We are a made to order company, that means we DO NOT STOCK MERCHANDISE OR BULK ORDER. That also means that we hand make every piece to your order, giving you the best quality and fit in market. Order processing: If an order is placed before 5:00pm PST, the order is processed that business day, if not, it is processed the following business day. We ship 8-10 business days from order date. Team orders take longer production times, please email for details. If you need your order expedited, simply email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We can give you options for quicker shipping only, this does not change production time, it will only guarantee shipping speed and in hand date.
Q. How do your sizes run?
A. Our merchandise runs very true to size from our size chart. We fit from live models, not forms. If you are in between sizes, go with the smaller one. If you are in 2 or more of the actual sizes, go with that size, don't size up for girth- it will be too big. We use a 4 way stretch and our garments really do fit within the size range, and, our garments are quality and will last, and fit as your dancer grows. And please read the description on every product, it will tell you how that particular item is fitting. We understand that everyone is different in their specific fit desire, which is why we shoot on models. If you are in doubt, check out the picture as well, these give you clear detail on actual fit, we don’t pin or change any garments during our photo shoots.
Q. Are your tops and leos lined?
A. Yes! All of our tops and leotards are lined and are made from our unique fabric that is soft yet strong, non-pilling, cotton/nylon/lycra blend so no padding needed, and no see-through.
Q. Can you do custom colors?
A. Yes! Just email us at: email@example.com with the style, size and color you are wanting, and we'll email you back with possibilities, and how to purchase!
Q. Do you ship Internationally?
A. We ship to Canada, but no other locations at this time. We are researching the best shipping methods for everywhere, and will be ready to ship to other places soon, so keep checking back!
Q. Do you have an Ambassador program?
A. We do have a program called Blue Girls, but we feature every dancer, as long as they tag us in photos so that we may give every girl a chance to shine. Check out our Instagram, follow us and TAG US looking fabulous in your Blue Water. We choose our Blue Girls by scouting, but we are always on the lookout, so tag us looking fabulous in your Blue Water!
Q. Can you do Team and Studio orders?
A. YES! Quantities of 6 or more pieces, and the best part is, we can do semi-custom if needed, and are used to large quantities.
If you are placing a team order, we will not start production until we have measurements of each dancer and your in hand date to know if we can produce in time. These must be emailed to us so that we may confirm sizing, as team orders are not returnable. Please DO NOT place a team order without emailing first. We understand that sometimes it is easier to have individuals order costumes for a team, but keep in mind, they might not all be cut from the same dye lot to match, they will have logos, and if exchanging for size- will add time that you may not have. Please note, if you place a team order online and receive free shipping, actual shipping costs will be billed before order is shipped. Current turnaround time for team orders is 2-3 weeks from sizing confirmation.
