Having said that, we stand behind every item we produce and want you to have the best experience with Blue Water Dance Wear as possible so please contact us with questions, comments, complaints, compliments… anything!

Here's what you need to know :

Washing Instructions:

All dancewear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap. Remove from water immediately, do not let sit. Lie flat or dry on low. 

Details:

We will happily accept back any unworn merchandise for store credit. We must receive in house within 14 days of receipt. All items must be new and with tags on. PLEASE WEAR UNDERGARMENTS WHEN TRYING ON. We will not accept any item that is not in its original condition, this includes items that have been worn, soiled, damaged or washed, or changed in any way, or custom items we have produced for customers. If we receive such goods your account will be charged $15 and the items will be returned to you. You may return merchandise ONLY ONE TIME, purchases with your issued store credit may not be returned for another store credit.

Please use the following steps for exchanges:

      • Fill out the return form from the return form link at the bottom of the home page, in its ENTIRETY, indicating what items you are returning and what size needed if exchanging for size, or store credit if not and hit submit. No need to print this form.
      • Package all unworn, undamaged items (no C.O.D.’s will be accepted). Please use tracking and insure your package. Blue Water Dance Wear is not responsible for packages in transit to us.
      • Include your packing slip if possible.
      • We will ship your exchanged for size items within 6 business days or issue a store credit upon receipt and inspection, (you will receive an email with details on how to redeem). You are allowed ONE return of merchandise. You may not return merchandise purchased with a store credit.
You will receive an email confirmation when your items have arrived, a shipping notification when shipped, or a store credit email with details shortly thereafter. All store credits are good for 6 months from issue date. Please add us to your inbox so as not to get lost in spam.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will only include original shipping charges and shipping charges back to us if items have manufacturer’s damage, or you received the wrong item. For refunds due to defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly, simply email us and we will make arrangements for return shipping at no cost to you. Refunds will be credited back in the manner in which it was purchased within 3-5 business days of receipt of your return. Blue Water Dance Wear is not responsible for any overdraft fees, late fees, or service charges resulting from timing of charges or credits to your account. New items will be shipped out as quickly as possible without delay.
