That said, we do have some things that we need to let you know:
All dancewear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap. Lie flat or hang to dry.
EXCHANGES ONLY on regular priced merchandise. ALL SALE MERCHANDISE FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges:
We will happily exchange any unworn regularly priced merchandise for size, style, or color within 14 days of purchase date, with free return shipping! All items must be new and in their original packaging. We will not accept any item that is not in its original condition, this includes items that have been worn, soiled, damaged or washed, or changed in any way. If we receive such goods your account will be charged $15 and the items will be returned to you. Please remember to fill out the return/exchange form in its ENTIRETY and indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange.
Please use the following steps for exchanges:
Once we receive your package, please allow 10 business days for your exchange to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and exchanged for items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will only include original shipping charges and shipping charges back to us if items have manufacturer’s damage, or you received the wrong item. For refunds due to defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly, simply call us and we will make arrangements for return shipping at no cost to you. Refunds will be credited back in the manner in which it was purchased within 10 business days of receipt of your return. Blue Water Dance Wear is not responsible for any overdraft fees, late fees, or service charges resulting from timing of charges or credits to your account.
